As we prepare for the launch of
our WEBDD® OFFLINE service, this is what you need to remember about our online
service;
1. All
WEBDD® add-on services (that is, integration services, mobile services and
WEBDD® OFFLINE services etc) can only be accessed once you (or your health institution)
have an active online WEBDD® account.
2. WEBDD®
has a 2-step login system for recording narcotics transactions. The health
institution has to have login credentials. Further to that, the supervisor of
records (the pharmacist) must have his/her own set of login credentials which
are required in order to record transactions online.
3. Your
user code, which usually appears on the top left corner after you log in is important.
This code must be cited together with the name of the institution when
following up on any technical support.
4. To
change supervisor details, contact details and correspondence email address on
WEBDD® for your institution contact the WEBDD® team on info@ehealthafro.com and the team will
gladly assist you.
5. You
may also contact the WEBDD® team on info@ehealthafro.com
if a drug description you are looking for does not show on WEBDD®, the same
applies for drug suppliers that do not appear on WEBDD®
6. Additional
instruction manuals are also available on the download tab in the transactions menu
on WEBDD®, this can only be accessed via the 2-step login mentioned in point #2
above.
7. Also
look out for updates and videos on how to use WEBDD® on our YouTube channel, EHEALTH AFRO
PRIVATE LIMITED. Please note that same videos may show the older interfaces
of WEBDD® however, the principles for use are the same.
8. Do
not hesitate to contact the WEBDD® team on info@ehealthafro.com
for assistance should you face any challenges.
